Today is one of those days where it just seemed like any news I got was worse than the next. It is the most helpless feeling when situations are happening around you and you have no control to make it better. I know things will get better. They always do. That's what I'm reminded of when I see this video. It appears disturbing...being knocked down over and over again, rambling...but, there is always clarity in the end. And with that clarity, we have the strength to fight back. Thank you, Radiohead.

It is hard to not have control over things especially when you want to ease the pain of others. I guess we just need to remember when we were able to help someone or how we might be able to help in the future. Sometimes all that is needed is for someone to listen. Love,yomama
